I like to eat and watch TV all day. Therefore, I need help. My target may seem a little impossible - no one knows that better than me, and it won't hurt my feelings if I don't make it by then. I have been 235 before after losing 150 pounds so I know what I'm doing. I just need the support when I get lazy, which is quite often. I thank you all.

I keep forgetting (i.e. avoiding) filling out my food diary. Sorry. I'll be better. And I'm only going to weigh once a week now; it keeps me motivated and in a better mood throughout the week when I don't have that number looming over me all day every day.
