I like to eat and watch TV all day. Therefore, I need help.
My target may seem a little impossible - no one knows that better than me, and it won't hurt my feelings if I don't make it by then. I have been 235 before after losing 150 pounds so I know what I'm doing. I just need the support when I get lazy, which is quite often.
